At WVDOG, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund conditions below.

Return window: 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products, damaged items caused by customer misuse, and items not in original condition may not be eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@wvdog.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our support team.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@wvdog.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

7. Exchanges or Replacements

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
